Terms of Service for GoldenSeal Legal

GoldenSeal Legal provides specialized legal assistance to retirees. Our offerings include professional services, information materials, and physical items designed to support retired individuals in legal matters.

2. Professional Services

Services are rendered upon scheduling with GoldenSeal Legal. All appointments are subject to our availability. You may request to change the date or time of a scheduled service by contacting us at +41762779437 or via our contact form at least 48 hours before the appointment. If a service package explicitly states that it is non-refundable, no refund will be provided. Such instances are clearly marked to ensure informed decision making.

3. Information Materials

GoldenSeal Legal offers digital guides and courses designed to assist retirees with their legal planning. Access to these materials is granted upon full payment. Unless otherwise specified, digital products may be partially or fully refunded within 14 days of delivery, subject to a usage review to prevent misuse.

4. Physical Items

Retiree kits and printed resources are available for purchase. Shipping is handled within Switzerland unless alternate arrangements are made. Purchased items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Send-back items should be addressed to Bahnhofstrasse 49, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Send-back shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Reimbursement and Policy for Changes

All reimbursement requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form or by mail to Bahnhofstrasse 49, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and issued via the original method of payment. For service packages, you may opt to reschedule at no extra charge, provided the reschedule request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. No refunds or transfers are available for services marked as final and non-refundable due to the immediate reservation of resources and staff allocation.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoldenSeal Legal’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service, product, or goods in question. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental outcomes arising from the use of our offerings.

7. Amendments

GoldenSeal Legal reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting at our office or via notice on our website. Your continued engagement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
